GENERAL

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through our online shop using a credit card or Paypal. Items paid by PayPal e-Checks will not be processed until payment has cleared.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders sent or shipped within NY State will be charged 8.75%sales tax.

SHIPPED PRODUCTS

What is the expected delivery time for shipped products?
Once your order and payment is received, we will process your order within three business days. Shipping time is dependent upon shipping method, size of packages and location. Please refer to our shipping Information page for vcomplete details.

I forgot to order something. Can I add it to my order?

We process and package our orders quickly, so by the time you have emailed us, your order has already likely been packaged and waiting for a shipping label. Therefore, we cannot add additional items to orders that have already been placed and paid for. Please place an additional order. 

How can I find out if my order has shipped?

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once it has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided when the order was placed. If you cannot find the shipping email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam file before contacting us for status.

What is your refund/return policy?
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of order and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. All returns must be AUTHORIZED by our customer service department for a refund to be applied. Please be aware that personalized items, sale items and party favors are final sale and will not be refunded). Items eligible for return must be authorized, unused, unopened and returned within 14 days of the date your order was received.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure that any returns are shipped prepaid, insured and with a tracking number for documentation purposes.

CLASSES & BIRTHDAYS

How many classes per semester?

The number of classes per semester varies based on locations, please see class schedules.
Will the price be prorated if I register after the start of the semester?
Yes, we accept registration after the start of the semester and we will prorate the cost based on when you register.
My child missed a class, how do I schedule a make-up?
If available, you can make-up a class the same week of the missed class. Please contact info@nyletsgoghart.com to find a make-up class.
How can I unenroll from a class?
Please contact info@nyletsgoghart.com to unenroll from a class.

Do you offer refunds?

You are entitled to a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee and the cost of any classes that have taken place, prior to the end of the first week of the semester. No refunds or credits will be given after that point.

CLASS RULES

No cell phones during classes.
Only siblings 6 months or younger may attend a caregiver participation class with the older child registered for that class.
Let's Gogh Art NYC and Imagination Lane are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
No food, drinks or gum during classes.
Please do not send your child to class should they have signs of runny nose, fever or coughing.
BIRTHDAYS 
Can I change the date and time of our party after booking?
Yes, you can change the date and time of a party 30 days prior to party date, based on availability.

Can I get a refund if I cancel the party? 

Once deposit is received and your date & time is confirmed, yes, you can cancel within 14 days before the party, but your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
